Slow logons due to Group Policy processing

Shaved a few seconds off the logon times by adding this reg value to Windows Server 2003 SP2 terminal servers: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon Entry: BufferPolicyReads Type: DWORD Value: 1 As per KB319440.
