Get this warning/error after the discovery process completes every time you fire up the Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 Access Management Console or XenApp 5.0 Delivery Services Console?
The My Knowledge features will not be available for farm <your farm>.
This is because in Configure and Run discovery you used DNS aliases instead of a real server names.
Remove the alias(es) and only use server names and the error goes away.
